Long Description

Three older guys and one not as old drummer, who have played music for a good number of years now. The spirit of the New York punk scene of the 70's, infused with real bluesy rock, derived from cutting our teeth on Rolling Stones, Zeppelin, New York Dolls/Thunders, Stooges, the Zakary Thaks and all 60's garage bands, MC5, Motorhead and even Dead Kennedy's riffs. If you like guitar rock, you'll probably like what we do.

Bio

The name the Pistolators is derived from an old Delta blues number which refers to a "pistolatin' woman", meaning a woman who is armed and intends to do harm. Frankie Fixxxer, Ed Wille, Sevon Moore, and Miguel Enriquez decided to play their own brand of Rock and punk, and create original songs based upon years of listening and playing along to simple Rock and Roll recordings. Ed Wille started his first band in the 80's, and played/toured for 4-1/2 years with Hi Fi and the Roadburners out of Chicago. Frankie Fixxxer played in Monroe, a highly-regarded East Coast club act. Miguel, aside from a country band, Television Ends, played in a metal band and has evolved into a proficient producer. Sevon Moore is the son of the drummer of a great garage act from the 60's, Zakary Thax, and his bloodline proves it; he is a talented bass player. He has played in various bands over the years as well.
